Clinical Publications Author
Role Type: Contractor

We are seeking experienced Clinical Publications Authors to support a project focused on medical and scientific writing. The role involves reviewing and evaluating scientific content, interpreting clinical data, and developing publication-quality materials for AI-assisted writing systems.
No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities- Author and review manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and scientific presentation content.
- Evaluate AI-generated scientific content for accuracy, structure, clarity, and publication standards
. - Apply guidelines such as ICMJE, GPP3/GPP
2022, CONSORT, STROBE, and EQUATOR Network recommendations. - Interpret clinical data, including CSRs, protocols, TFLs, and statistical analysis plans
. - Verify scientific claims and ensure narratives are accurately supported by source data.
- Provide clear, structured feedback and written rationales.
- Support the development and refinement of evaluation criteria for scientific publishing workflows.
- Collaborate with project teams to improve content quality and consistency.

- 5+ years of experience in medical or scientific publication writing.
- Experience with a sponsor, CRO, medical communications agency, or as an independent consultant
. - Proven experience authoring or managing peer-reviewed biomedical or clinical manuscripts.
- Strong knowledge of ICMJE, GPP3/GPP
2022, CONSORT, STROBE
, and publication ethics. - Experience interpreting clinical data and translating findings into publication-ready narratives.
- Advanced written communication and scientific editing skills.
- Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or a related field (PhD, PharmD, MD, MSc) or equivalent experience.
- Experience across multiple therapeutic areas;
oncology, immunology, or rare diseases is preferred.
