Research Execution & Insights Leadership:

• Manage end-to-end execution of insights ecosystem, including qualitative and quantitative research.
• Act as voice of consumer, tracking wellness behaviors and unmet needs.
• Translate data into business strategies and innovation concepts.

• Identify white-space opportunities across categories, formats, and channels.
• Support innovation steering process and ideation workshops.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to advance product concepts.
• Design and execute concept tests, pricing studies, and market research.
• Develop in-market pilot testing and A/B learning frameworks.
• Lead post-launch learning loops to optimize offerings.

• Serve as strategic insights partner to Omni-channel teams.
• Synthesize insights into impactful presentations.
• Foster a culture of consumer-centricity across departments.
