• Prepare detailed research reports, scientific manuscripts for publication, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including medicinal chemistry, pharmacology, and toxicology, via virtual communication channels.
• Stay abreast of the latest scientific literature, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in the relevant therapeutic areas.
• Contribute to the intellectual property strategy through patent filings and internal innovation disclosures.

• Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful research in drug discovery, evidenced by publications and presentations.
• Extensive experience with relevant experimental techniques (e.g., cell-based assays, molecular biology techniques, animal models).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently in a remote setting.
