After Query is building a research cohort of senior ML experts in inference and GPU kernel engineering to evaluate how frontier AI models reason about complex problems. This is research-and-evaluation work, not production engineering: you'll define what is considered correct and excellent on tasks you know deeply.
We offer fully remote, asynchronous work with flexible timing and competitive hourly compensation ($100–$170/hr).
