As a Cook, reporting directly to the Chef, you will play a crucial role in kitchen activities that include cooking, food prep, and hygiene practices. This role emphasizes high-quality food service aligned with client expectations and safety protocols. You'll make every meal a highlight for our clients in a unique setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare items for all meal services including breakfast and dinner

• Ensure kitchen sanitation and food safety protocols are upheld

• Check aesthetic appeal and quality of cold food presentations

• Oversee food storage operations effectively

• Create and organize a salad bar for guest meals

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months kitchen experience required

• Valid Food Safety certificate is necessary

• Ability to lift and manage up to 50lbs

• Background in remote camps is beneficial

• Strong focus on food preparation quality
