As a General Manager, you will report directly to the District Manager, overseeing daily operations, food safety, and financial performance. It is essential to coach your team effectively, ensuring adherence to quality service and guest satisfaction. Your leadership will directly impact the community and brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high-quality customer service and dining experience

• Manage financial performance and restaurant P&L

• Lead community-building activities and engagements

• Oversee daily operations and employee training

• Provide timely reporting to Home Office

Requirements:

• Completion of a hospitality management diploma

• At least 3 years’ experience in fast-casual management

• Current Food Handling Certificate required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
