Haida Tourism in Haida Gwaii seeks a passionate and skilled Sous Chef to join Haida House's culinary team. In collaboration with the Head Chef, you will craft menus featuring seasonal, local Haida ingredients and lead kitchen operations in a remote setting.
You will manage banquets, train staff, control costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards while delivering an authentic Haida hospitality experience for guests and conveners.
