Target Hospitality is seeking a Chef II to assist the Head Chef in a high-volume lodge kitchen, rotating schedule of 6 weeks on/2 weeks off. You will help with daily menu preparation, portion control, and ensuring HACCP standards.
You bring at least 2 years of culinary experience, English communication, and a willingness to travel for long rotations. We offer competitive pay, housing on rotation, and benefits.
