Second Cooks – $23/hr – 28/14 Rotation – Fly-in/Fly-out – Vancouver, BC

Sodexo is hiring Second Cooks for fly-in/fly-out rotational work supporting a remote industrial camp in Stewart, BC, with point of hire in Vancouver. The position involves high-volume meal production and strict HACCP food safety protocols on a 28/14 schedule. Ideal for experienced Red Seal cooks seeking long-term, steady remote work.

• $23/hour wage
• 28 days on / 14 days off rotation
• Fly-in/Fly-out travel provided

• Red Seal or equivalent culinary certification
• 5+ years experience in high-volume kitchens (camp, hotel, institutional)
• Valid Food Safety certification
• Proficiency with HACCP guidelines and processes
• Ability to work day or night shift
• Experience using industrial kitchen equipment
• Must pass a Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test
• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• 10+ years as Journeyman in camp or institutional kitchens
• Experience training, supervising, and scheduling staff
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of bakery operations and kitchen management
• Strong attendance record and professional conduct
