• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and upholding customer experience principles and philosophy.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment and adhere to operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards.
• Be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customers following operating procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs; uphold merchandising philosophy and procedures.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor per company procedures and standards.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed; maintain cleanliness and recovery standards for the store.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback; adhere to labor laws and store policies.
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety awareness; maintain a safe environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Possesses excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking; able to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Works effectively with peers and supervisors; retail customer experience is preferred.

This position has a starting pay range of $13.73 to $14.23 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
