Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

• Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to quality and freshness.
• Initiate and complete order selection process.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag orders following standards.
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pickup.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations regarding shopping experience.
• Follow safety laws, food safety procedures, and company policies.
• Store products in appropriate temperature zones.
• Follow specific instructions and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Maintain productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment and manage conflicts professionally.
• Act with honesty and integrity with customer and business information.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential functions with or without accommodations.

• Ability to work independently.

• Experience as a personal shopper, in warehouse, stocking, or cashier roles.
