Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders for customer pickup. Provide excellent customer service that encourages repeat online shopping. Demonstrate core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

• Select and gather products for online orders, focusing on freshness and quality.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars upon pickup.
• Scan and bag items according to standards.
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pickup.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
• Follow all safety, legal, and company guidelines.
• Ensure order accuracy and quality.
• Respond professionally to customer calls and inquiries.
• Follow policies for substitutions and out-of-stock items.
• Report equipment issues and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Meet productivity standards and work effectively under pressure.

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to read shelf tags and perform basic math.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience as a personal shopper, warehouse worker, or cashier.
