** As a VJE, you will assist our customers in finding the perfect gift for any holiday or special occasion, build meaningful relationships with customers and host personal shopping appointments. * ** Connect with Customers:
** Engage with customers through chat, SMS text and phone calls live in the moment or in a scheduled appointment. You will offer our customers expert advice on products and services, style consultations, and concierge shopping services.
* ** Present merchandise and services:
** Showcase our merchandise online, sharing detailed information about each item’s features and benefits. Provide information about extended service agreements and financing options, ensuring a seamless and delightful shopping experience.
* ** Support Sales Growth:
** Contribute to sales growth through digital sales, live selling, social media presence, store collaboration, and connected commerce
* ** Build Relationships:
** Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently, always with a positive attitude. Conduct outreach to maintain long-lasting customer relationships and build a personal sales clientele.
