This full-time, on-site Store Leader role is based in Colorado Springs, CO. The Store Leader will oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, drive sales, and oversee team development and performance. Responsibilities include managing staff, training team members, organizing schedules, optimizing the shopping experience, and maintaining high standards of store presentation and operations. The ideal candidate will lead by example to create a welcoming, pet-friendly, and customer-focused environment.

• Strong verbal and written Communication skills to effectively interact with customers, associates, and leadership.
• Experience in Customer Service and Retail Sales to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize revenue generation.
• Exceptional Organization Skills to manage operations, inventory, and team schedules efficiently.
• Ability to provide Training and mentorship to develop and motivate team members for success.
• Proactive leadership abilities, a passion for pets, and experience in retail management are highly valued.
