Hourly Wage and Compensation

$14–$27 per hour (actual rate may equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage)

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums up to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. Responsibilities include locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise, ensuring order accuracy before pick‑up, making appropriate product substitutions, and consulting with the customer to ensure satisfaction.
