Job Description
The Studio Women’s Omni Sr. Stylist role is a creative role, responsible for executing the elevated look and feel of the Abercrombie & Fitch brand, supporting the styling team on the e‑commerce studio set and in stores, and serving as a key member of a collaborative team responsible for establishing a strong styling point of view for A&F. The role reports to the Women’s Styling Manager and partners with Marketing (Creative/Art Direction), Design, and Merchandising to thread the brand styling perspective throughout each touchpoint.
An expert in industry trends, the Senior Stylist brings a unique point‑of‑view to styling a classic brand in a modern, commercial way that lets A&F’s personality shine online and in‑store.

- Manage the women’s e‑commerce studio team and communicate with studio production, AD and photography teams to ensure shot count and priority items are outfitted and captured by designated dates.
- Manage and outfit the daily e‑commerce shoot rack, assigning looks by model and shoot day and choreographing the sequence of looks for optimal efficiency and daily output. Review with the Women’s Styling Manager, AD, and Photographer prior to shooting.
- Partner with the Women’s Styling Manager on the creation of studio looks supporting editorial marketing messages and overarching brand campaigns.
- Ensure all on‑figure imagery showcases the best fit, feels comfortable and is styled with confidence.
- Communicate to the Merchant/Design team sample needs and fit issues.
- Lead and develop the women’s styling team within the studio by providing clear role expectations, feedback and opportunities for growth, promoting a positive, efficient and safe work environment.
- Work with AD, studio production and the Women’s Styling Manager to scout new model talent and the best talent to bring in weekly for the e‑commerce set for women, providing fit and pertinent model feedback for AD and the Senior Styling Manager.
- Collaborate with the Women’s Styling Manager to update brand styling guides as well as any necessary documentation in the styling division for men and women.
- Manage and support the styling workflow, including sample organization, steaming/prep and on‑model shoot taskwork from setup to breakdown.
- Foster relationships with cross‑functional teams and partners, and with other creative and product‑facing departments (Design, Merchants, Planning, PCM and Inventory Management).
- Be customer‑centric and obsessive of the brand; spend time in‑store/online as needed, following influencers and aspirational brands to create seasonal inspiration direction for the team.
- Maximize the financial success of our brands by clearly showcasing trends and leveraging must‑win/must‑grow departments into styling/outfitting and highlighting these details to our customers.
- Assist in campaign sample pass and facilitate sample sharing and organization across campaign, social content creation.
- Maintain an intimate understanding of the brand purpose, DNA and customer insights; stay up to date on e‑commerce industry trends and other retail brands as they pertain to A&F’s competitive landscape.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or Marketing, or related experience.
- 7+ years of styling experience in a fast‑paced cross‑functional team.
