Hourly Wage and Compensation

Hourly Wage: $17 - $30 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
