• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other channels, explaining contractual and regulatory guidelines
• Manage contracting, licensing, appointments, terminations, and renewals while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Establish accurate pay structures and submit forms to state insurance departments on time
• Assess producers’ eligibility, addressing discrepancies and appeals in line with regulations
• Navigate a fast‑paced production environment while staying current with industry regulations and contributing to process improvements
