The Job You Will Perform
  • This Team Lead position is responsible for developing individuals to manage and resolve issues at the box plants driven by exceptions in system PTP processes, such as price/quantity discrepancies, timing issues, missing information, etc.

Manage through team members to identify and resolve exceptions at the facility level for a wide range of facilities.

Capacity balancing between Analyst to ensure an accurate and fair workload driven by the condition of facility exceptions.

Critical thinking in terms of networking available resources to effectively streamline resolutions (Cap Gemini, PTP, AP etc.).

Identify process improvement opportunities that reduce the number of exceptions and drive improvements with the plants and other impacting groups.

Review/ analyze key performance measures to determine progress and improvement opportunities.

Monitor and train the ability of individuals to effectively review and approve specific Internal Control reports within SAP.

Role will be responsible for managing multiple PTP Analysts that each have a scope of 6-12 plants while maintaining tasks for self-assigned plants.

  • Comfortable working both independently and as a member of a team
  • Minimum 4-6 years successful plant accounting experience with accounting functions such as accounts payable preferred
  • Prior leadership experience/ managing team members preferred
