Assistant Manager, Online Newborn

• Develop and own web presence and primary KPIs for key categories to meet branding guidelines and consumer expectations
• Partner with various departments to align on merchandising objectives and drive key initiatives
• Analyze competitors and best-in-class online retailers to identify opportunities for improving customer experience
• Monitor primary KPIs daily to optimize conversion and revenue goals
• Lead the ideation of A/B tests to enhance customer experience and site functionality

• Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in eCommerce or strategy functions
• At least 1+ year of industry experience in CPG, FMCG, Beauty, Fashion, or Apparel
• Strong command of retail math and key performance drivers
• Proficiency in Adobe Analytics or similar tools for data analysis
• Advanced Excel skills, including experience with pivot tables and formulas

• Experience with in a matrixed enterprise generating $8B+ in annual revenue
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional partners and communicate insights effectively
• Proactive mindset for process improvement and efficiency
• Creative point of view informed by personal shopping experiences and digital trends
