Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk

The Kroger Company -  -  - Responsibilities:
Select and gather products for customers' on-line orders efficiently with attention to freshness and quality.;
Assemble orders, process coupons and payment, and load orders into customers' cars at pick-up.;
Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up and ensure order accuracy.;
Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and comply with bagging standards and food safety guidelines.;
Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with the e-Commerce team, including assisting with training and meeting productivity standards.
