Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently with attention to freshness and quality;
Assemble customers' online orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars at pickup;
Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping;
Follow bagging standards, communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup, and maintain order accuracy;
Meet/exceed productivity standards and assist in training new e-commerce team members
