Assemble online orders, process coupons and payment, and load orders into customers' cars at pickup;
Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping;
Scan and bag orders on the go while following bagging standards and maintaining staging area organization;
Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup and ensure order accuracy
