Online Order Filling Team Supervisor

Location: Walmart Supercenter #5743, 5141 NC Highway 42 W, Garner, NC 27529, US

Employment Type: Full‑Time

Availability: 24x7 schedules, multiple shifts as required.

Hourly Wage: $19 - $32 per hour (actual rate will equal or exceed minimum wage)

Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives; possible premiums of $0.35‑$3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy before pick‑up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer when needed to ensure satisfaction.
