Vending Attendant

Job Summary

Provides vending products and services at a single location. Collects money from machines and makes change.

• Receive delivery of various items, including soft drinks, bakery products, specialty foods, snack items and sundries at customer's place of business.
• Stock shelves or racks in vending machines and coolers; collect stale, rejected or unsold merchandise; collect money from machines, and refill bill and coin changers.
• Record transactions on appropriate card and/or electronic device.
• Be accountable for cash and product.
• Call on existing customers to determine adequacy of service.
• Prepare order forms for food and pastry products.
• Inform regular customers of new products or services.
• Listen to and resolve service complaints.
• Perform routine maintenance on and sanitation of machines; maintain clean storeroom and vending area.
• Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays or issue sales promotion materials to customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Position: VENDING ATTENDANT (Full‑time, immediate hire)
• Location:
  
  Canteen – 327 Farm to Market 565, Baytown, TX 77523. Online applications only.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
• Pay: $22.00 per hour.
• Prior TWIC card is preferred;
  Canteen will provide TWIC if needed. Will train.
