Starting pay range: $15.50 to $16.00 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles; maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards
• May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs
• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back according to procedures
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Maintain merchandising philosophy and follow merchandising procedures and standards
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor following procedures and standards
• Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store overall
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Support shrink reduction goals and programs
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned

• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
• Works effectively with peers and supervisors
• Retail customer experience preferred
