Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Showroom Manager, based in San Francisco, CA, with some flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. The Showroom Manager will oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for clients. Responsibilities include managing product displays, assisting clients with product inquiries, coordinating with the sales and design teams, maintaining inventory, and executing showroom events.

The role also involves supporting marketing initiatives and collaborating on creative solutions to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and operational management skills, with the ability to lead showroom activities and maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Customer service and client relations experience, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Basic knowledge or passion for landscape design, outdoor products, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in inventory management, tools for record-keeping, and ability to manage display setups efficiently.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, team members, and vendors.
  • Experience planning and executing events is a plus.
  • Adaptable and comfortable with hybrid work arrangements, balancing in-person and remote responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in software tools for scheduling, inventory, and customer relationship management is a bonus.
