Compensation

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and hourly premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. Responsibilities include locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up, making appropriate product substitutions, and consulting with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
