Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy before pickup. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Online order fillers have the opportunity to shop for customers, selecting items such as fresh produce and cereal. This position is fast paced, requiring you to shop across departments, fill orders, and dispense them to customers. You may juggle online and in‑store customers, especially during evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
