Position Overview- Lead a team of 8–20 associates, including 3–4 management members, to create an unforgettable experience that leaves our customers looking and feeling their best.
- Inspire and direct a team focused on customer obsession and driving and achieving goals (sales, loyalty, talent).
- Lead talent selection, associate development, onboarding, training and retention.
- Manage the omni‑channel business through visual presentation, sound operational practices and store expenses.
- Connect with the community to increase awareness.
- Drive new ideas, share information, and create solutions.
