Join our team as an Online Grocery Order Fulfillment Clerk, where you can make a difference by selecting and gathering quality groceries for our valued customers' online orders. You'll play a key role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience, emphasizing freshness and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities Essential Job Functions

Efficiently select and gather products for customers' online orders while maintaining a focus on quality and freshness.

Assemble customers' online orders, process payments and coupons, and load orders into customer vehicles upon arrival for pickup.

Communicate any necessary substitutions or exceptions to customers during pickup, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.

Maintain organization and cleanliness in staging areas and equipment to support a streamlined workflow.

Respond professionally and promptly to customer inquiries via portable communication devices.

Follow all safety guidelines and local regulations regarding food handling.

Assist with training new team members to foster a cooperative and efficient work environment.

Demonstrate the company's core values, including respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety in all interactions.

Perform required closing and opening procedures, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately.

Qualifications Minimum Position Qualifications

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong skills in reading shelf tags and basic math (counting, addition, subtraction).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desired Previous Experience

Experience as a personal shopper, in a production-oriented environment, or as a cashier.
