Beyond Yoga is a premium active lifestyle brand founded in 2005, located in Los Angeles. The brand specializes in soft, easy‑care fabrics for a range of workouts and activities.

• Lead the retail team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals, and support store financial plans using strong decision‑making skills focused on employee engagement and a collaborative selling environment.
• Assess and strategize performance goals such as conversion, units per transaction, sales per hour, and other measurable KPIs.
• Utilize company tools and resources to evaluate the business, celebrate wins, and address areas needing improvement.

• Recruit, hire, pay, and terminate store personnel of all levels, with a strong track record of building and developing talent.
• Manage employee relations, coaching, conflict resolution, and ensure adherence to Beyond Yoga and LS&Co operational policies.
• Facilitate onboarding and training for new hires on culture, product knowledge, sales culture, and responsibilities.
• Coach staff for knowledge growth, create succession plans, and promote associate development.

• Maintain payroll plan via schedule management, monitor labor costs, and adapt staffing to sales trends.
• Ensure accurate inventory management, receiving, shipping, pricing, and ticketing; prevent loss through training and monitoring.
• Perform visual merchandising per store direction, adjusting layouts to maximize presentation and storytelling.
• Maintain floor replenishment to keep appropriate product levels.
• Create a compelling customer experience by modeling effective selling and service behaviors.

• Build natural relationships, embrace individuality, and foster a culture of diversity and inclusion.
• Collaborate with store and Home Office partners on community engagement and event execution.
• Act as a brand ambassador embodying the company’s core values.

Salary Range: $59,100 – $98,500 annually, varying by experience and qualifications.
