PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: We are hiring a Guest Experience Intern on behalf of our parent company, which oversees the following brands:
Classic Fun Center (Orem), Ritz Magic Wheels, Ritz Eats & Sweets, Roll Call, The Alley, East End Skating, and  For this position, we are looking for someone who is versatile and willing to do many types of work. They will participate in a variety of projects to help optimize our guest experience. These projects will vary in scope and there will be plenty of opportunity to gain new skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and run mystery shopper checklists
• Measure wait times, guest flow, and signage clarity - evaluate layouts
• Collect guest feedback; track top issues and wins
• Support community outreach to schools, youth orgs, and partners
• Work on various projects to improve the guest experience

Requirements

• Desire to be a part of a start-up or growing small business
• Willing to challenge existing ideas and methods
• Creative problem solver
• Friendly communicator who likes working with people!
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Understanding of project management and execution
• Enjoys research and observation

COMPENSATION: $16-18+/HR (DOE)
