Multiple positions available, including Management and Non-management.

The car wash attendant is responsible for performing the daily operational practices of running the car wash facility and providing excellent customer service.

• Greet customers courteously and explain available wash services; take and process wash payments to the satisfaction of customers and the car wash.
• Perform cleaning of the facility and ensure everything is kept in the appropriate place and organized (water hoses, nozzles, brushes, soap buckets, broom, hand tools, pressure washer, and grease gun).
• Provide assistance to customers regarding any aspect of the car wash process.
• Move or direct cars into the express wash tunnel with a pleasant, focused, and competent attitude.
• Guide customers to the directional sign; maintain neutral, no-brake, no-steer while watching the customer to ensure directions are followed.
• Smile at customers and give a thumbs up after the guest is in neutral with no brakes.
• Carry out visual inspection of vehicles to confirm their condition before sending them into the wash area.
• Ensure company policies and safety procedures are adhered to in carrying out tasks daily.
• Ensure vacuums are unclogged, trash cans are emptied, and hoses are properly hung.
• With a sense of urgency, ensure the right task is done at the right time with customers, the home office, and fellow teammates.
