The car wash attendant is tasked with performing the daily operational practices of running the car wash facility and providing excellent customer service.

• Greet customers courteously and explain available wash services; take and process wash payments to customer satisfaction
• Perform cleaning of facility and keep equipment and areas organized (water hoses, nozzles, brushes, soap buckets, broom, hand tools, pressure washer, grease gun)
• Provide assistance to customers in any area concerning the car wash process
• Move or direct cars into the express wash tunnel with a pleasant, focused, and competent attitude
• Direct customers safely following signs and directions
• Smile and acknowledge customers after guest is in neutral with no brakes
• Carry out visual inspection of vehicles before sending them into the wash area
• Ensure company policies and safety procedures are adhered to daily
• Ensure vacuums are unclogged, trash cans emptied, and hoses properly hung
• Work with urgency to deliver correct actions for customers, home office, and teammates
