Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Front Store Pricing is responsible for leading pricing strategy and execution across front store categories to drive profitable growth, price competitiveness, and customer value. This role partners closely with Merchandising, Promotions, Marketing, Store Operations, and Finance to ensure pricing decisions are analytically driven, strategically aligned, and operationally executable. The Senior Pricing Manager serves as a key pricing thought leader, influencing high‑impact decisions in a fast‑paced retail environment.
This role can be done remotely anywhere in the US with preference on comfortability working EST hours.
Required Qualifications- 8+ years of experience in pricing, retail merchandising, revenue management, or financial analytics
- Strong understanding of retail pricing dynamics, promotions, and front store category management
- Proven ability to balance margin performance, competitive pricing, and customer value
- Advanced analytical skills; strong proficiency in Excel
- Ability to influence cross‑functional partners and communicate effectively at all levels, including senior leadership
- Prior people management or informal team‑lead experience
- SQL and BI tools
- Experience in drugstore, mass retail, grocery, or convenience retail environments
- Knowledge of price elasticity modeling and optimization
MBA/Advanced Degree or equivalent experience
Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
