Your contribution:

* You will proactively follow industry news, technology, and key market competitors

* You will assist the Boutique Management to uphold and maintain health and safety requirements

* You will respond and resolve customer concerns in a professional and empathic manner

* You will apply and maintain visual merchandising guidelines

* You will maintain back of house stock storage organization

* You will act as a true Brand Ambassador being an integral part of a highly - motivated team

You will fit perfectly into our team if:

* You have at least 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service, preferably in watches, jewelry, or fashion

* You have a genuine interest in high-end products, particularly luxury watches

* You have a strong commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* You are able to work effectively with a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

* You have high standards of personal presentation, with the ability to maintain the boutique's appearance and organization

* You are fluent in Italian and English, proficiency in additional languages being a plus

* You are willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by the business needs
