Korea Beauty Product Validation & Influencer Executive

Work From Home (Home based in Delhi/Mumbai)

• Evaluate and validate K-beauty products for the Indian market through structured home-based testing, virtual trials, and customer feedback collection
• Conduct virtual skincare consultations (video/phone/chat) to assess skin type, concerns, and product suitability
• Guide customers on product usage, texture, absorption, and routines through digital platforms
• Support product selection and market-fit analysis in coordination with Korea headquarters using online reporting and feedback tools
• Gather insights from online communities, e-commerce reviews, social media, and partner salons/retailers
• Coordinate with influencers for remote product trials, content creation, and digital campaigns
• Drive sales through online product demonstrations, live sessions, and personalized recommendations
• Track customer feedback, usage patterns, and satisfaction metrics to refine product positioning
• Collaborate with logistics/partners to ensure smooth sample distribution and feedback collection for validation

• 3-8 years of experience in beauty/cosmetics retail or salon environment (e.g., Nykaa, Tira, Health & Glow, Lakm, VLCC, Naturals)
• Experience with Indian cosmetic brands and hands‑on customer interaction Strong knowledge of K‑beauty brands (e.g., COSRX, Innisfree, Laneige, Beauty of Joseon, Some By Mi)
• Ability to analyze skin types and recommend suitable skincare solutions Good understanding of key ingredients (Niacin amide, Salicylic Acid, Retinol, Hyaluronic Acid, Cica)
• Proven skills in customer consultation, product demonstration, and sales closing Certification in cosmetology/skincare preferred (e.g., VLCC Institute, Lakm Academy)
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Note: This is a work‑from‑home (WFH) role, with candidates expected to be based in Delhi or Mumbai (home‑based) to support local market insights and coordination.
