Overview
Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
What you’ll doDo you enjoy shopping? Online order fillers and delivery associates get to shop for our customers and choose just the right product. This position is fast paced and gets you to spend time in all departments shopping for our customers and filling their online orders.
Order fillers and delivery associates also dispense orders to our customers and engage them in conversation throughout the dispensing process. The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during a holiday season. You may juggle shopping for our online customers while helping in-store customers.

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
