Position: First-Line Supervisors of Retail Sales Workers

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $45–$85/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

• Use professional retail leadership experience to create realistic workflow scenarios and questions.
• Review and refine role‑specific content to ensure accuracy and practical relevance.
• Provide written insights grounded in real daily responsibilities and decision‑making.
• Work asynchronously and adapt to evolving project guidelines.

• Strong experience working full‑time as a First‑Line Supervisor of Retail Sales Workers.
• Must be based in the U.S., U.K., or Canada.
• Ability to commit at least 15 hours/week.
• Must use a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
• Excellent written communication and detail orientation.
• Cannot currently support H1‑B or STEM OPT status.
