E-Commerce Specialist - Vintage Clothing
Goodwill Industries of South Central Wisconsin, Inc. – Town of Burke, Wisconsin, United States. Full‑time, onsite.

Performs a variety of duties to help achieve Goodwill E‑Commerce revenue goals in accordance with Goodwill policies and procedures.
PrincipalDuties & Responsibilities
- Assist in problem solving, continuous improvement, and developing strategies to achieve revenue, sell‑through percentage, and average sale amount targets.
- Photograph merchandise, capturing an average of five quality photographs per item.
- Research relevant data on the internet and incorporate appropriate information into product item descriptions.
- Compose accurate listings with precise titles, measurements, sizes, pictures, and descriptions for all merchandise, including defects and customer‑relevant details.
- Complete inventory tickets and attach them to posted items, promptly transferring items to appropriate areas for safekeeping.
- Complete testing on electrical items and media when assigned, removing personal data from technology.
- Sort and prepare media lots for auction, using equipment such as loupe, gem tester, book scanner, and software.
- Process items for shipping as needed.
- Consistently perform all duties within the framework of Goodwill’s Core Values.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to process images on mobile devices and familiarity with graphics editing software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent. Two years’ experience selling online personally or for a commercial enterprise is preferred.
