Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Dark Store Manager, based in Faridabad with an allowance for partial remote work. The Dark Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, team supervision, and ensuring efficient delivery workflows. Responsibilities include monitoring store performance, ensuring compliance with company standards, resolving operational challenges, and driving customer satisfaction through effective service management and communication.

Qualifications

Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and maintain high levels of client contentment.
Strong communication skills to provide clear instructions, resolve issues effectively, and ensure seamless interactions with team members and customers.
Proficiency in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention to oversee operations, track inventory, and minimize operational losses.
Previous experience in retail management or a related field is highly advantageous.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks and streamline operations efficiently.
