Role Overview

Apply frontline retail leadership expertise to support the development of advanced customer engagement and retail workflow evaluation systems.

Contribute operational insight across store supervision, sales execution, and retail performance management within flexible project-based engagements.

$60 $ 80/hour | 30 40 hrs/week | Remote

Key Responsibilities
  • Create structured deliverables based on real-world retail sales supervision and store operations workflows
  • Develop operational scenarios involving customer engagement, sales coordination, team supervision, and store performance processes
  • Review peer‑created deliverables for operational accuracy, retail realism, and execution quality
  • Translate retail management workflows into organized documentation and process‑driven task structures
  • Contribute expertise across sales floor operations, customer service execution, and retail performance evaluation
  • Support workflow benchmarking standards within retail operations and customer‑facing environments
Core Requirements
  • Strong background in retail sales supervision, store operations, or customer‑facing commercial environments
  • Experience overseeing sales teams, operational targets, or in‑store workflow execution
  • Ability to structure real‑world retail processes into concise written deliverables
  • Excellent written communication with strong grammar, clarity, and operational precision
  • Strong customer‑oriented judgment and process management capabilities
  • Comfortable working independently within deadline‑driven project environments
Additional Strengths
  • Exposure to retail performance reporting, workforce scheduling, or operational coordination processes
  • Familiarity with POS systems, retail management platforms, or customer operations tools
  • Ability to evaluate retail scenarios from both operational and customer experience perspectives
