Job Overview

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy before pickup. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Hourly Wage: $19 – $32 per hour.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives. Premiums may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
