Job Summary
Retail Regional Manager – Responsible for overseeing 8-12 CCI Retail Store locations in the St. Louis, Missouri region. The role includes managing store operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer and employee satisfaction.
Essential Functions- Manage in‑store execution: staffing, shift scheduling, customer engagement, sales, merchandising, and inventory.
- Build and maintain relationships with field and home office leadership.
- Deliver sales productivity and guest experience through coaching and performance management.
- Hire high‑quality full‑time and part‑time Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and Sales Associates.
- Retain talent and manage attrition through key performance indicators.
- Achieve all sales and customer service objectives.
- Collaborate with field sales leadership to meet company goals.
- Report regularly to senior leadership.
- Ensure all team members are fully trained.
- Provide feedback, develop action plans, and execute improvements.
- Track and retain all team resources.
- Identify trends and opportunities for sales and experience improvement.
- Own hiring, training, and performance management of store managers.
- Make hiring, promotion, and termination decisions in partnership with HR.
- Coach and train store management and sales representatives.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business).
- 5–7 years of training, sales, account management or related experience.
- 3+ years of retail management experience.
- Multi‑unit specialty retail management experience.
- Proven leadership and multi‑unit management record.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong business acumen.
- Ability to train and develop subordinates.
- Flexibility to work weekends and travel as required.
- Self‑starter with high motivation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Job Requirements
- Physical ability to bend, stoop, reach, twist, lift, push, pull, walk, stand, and move items.
- Capability to move around the store and assist customers.
Salary range: $110,250 – $164,850.
- Competitive base pay with potential for shift differential, overtime, and bonus.
