Compensation

• Hourly Wage: $15-$28 per hour
• Actual rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage at the location
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid $0.35–$3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.

Online Order Filling associates fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring accuracy prior to pickup. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers to ensure satisfaction.
