Pay and Incentives
Hourly Wage: $16-29 per hour. Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premium rates ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
