Job Overview

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy before pickup. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.

• Hourly Rate: $14–$27 per hour (or above the required minimum wage depending on location)
• Additional Compensation:
  Annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.
