Compensation

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour. Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums (0.35 to $3.00 per hour) may be paid in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. Responsibilities include locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise, ensuring order accuracy before pick up, making appropriate product substitutions, and consulting with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
