Job Description We're seeking an Experienced Retail Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate II to join our team  a key member of our Loss Prevention team, you'll play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment for our customers. You'll also provide exceptional customer service, support store teams, and contribute to the growth of your career.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a proper and professional stance in the designated area at the front of the store, acting as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss/dishonesty   Review and understand the Store Emergency Response Guide to ensure preparedness in critical situations   Wear a complete arenaflex-approved uniform, including a Body Worn Camera, to enhance store security and customer safety   Greet customers appropriately, demonstrating courtesy and respect, and establish a positive rapport with store teams and Loss Prevention   Respond to customer requests for assistance by referring customers to store management or customer service via a Company-issued radio   Observe and report any suspicious behavior or critical incidents to Loss Prevention or store management   Perform a closing safety sweep of the store with a member of management to ensure a secure environment   Adhere to all arenaflex policies and procedures, including documentation of required incidents in AIIM Case Management   Perform other duties as assigned by store management or Loss Prevention Who We're Looking For:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, store teams, and Loss Prevention   Sound decision-making skills, with the ability to take initiative and perform well independently   Prioritizes/organizes workload and manages time effectively, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service   Ability to stand for long periods of time, with a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment   0-2 years retail or security experience, with a passion for customer service and Loss Prevention Benefits and Perks:
